Kteeeezy is making serious noise with his latest release, “Payola.” He even kicked things up a notch by getting a beat from iconic producer Zaytoven and that is nothing light.
Built on Zaytoven’s signature piano-driven production, the track captures that famous early-era Zaytoven energy. Kteeeezy takes full advantage of the backdrop, stepping up to deliver what might be the best song of his career so far. Shouting out Winston-Salem with an undeniably catchy hook, the rapper locks into an effortless flow state that keeps listeners hooked from the very first bar to the replay button.
It’s the kind of performance that does full justice to legendary production. In fact, given how seamlessly Kteeeezy taps into that nostalgic trap sound, Zaytoven himself is bound to appreciate how this record turned out. “Payola” isn’t just a collaboration it’s a statement track that proves Kteeeezy can stand alongside top-tier producers and deliver a classic.
